We are dedicated to providing quality appraisals specializing in single-family homes, condominiums, and 2-4 unit properties. We are accurate and efficient. At Snapshot Valuations, we pride ourselves on utilizing new technology and software in the preparation and production of our appraisal reports. This ensures we are fast and efficient but more importantly accurate.

Our residential appraisers all carry the Certified Residential appraisal license with the state of California. Additionally, each appraiser is FHA approved.

I have performed and assisted in hundreds of appraisals over the past 10 years in Southern California. I acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and bring a wide spectrum of real estate experience. My background as a valuation auditor, mortgage closer, secondary marketing analyst, and valuation manager contributes to my vast understanding of the appraisal process.
